This appears to be the 9 inch pitcher seen with this view; the 7 and 6.25 inch barrel shaped pitchers with this pattern have City Hall, New York on the reverse.  The view seen here is also found on a vegetable dish.  This pitcher has a tight collar with band of border pattern, and a high rounded shoulder tapering to the base.  See the reverse image below.
