Pitcher, 6.75 inches tall. Arman refers to the border as Flower and Foliage,  in a more detailed description, as "chain of flowers, heavy foliage surrounding view," while Larsen refers to it as Large Daisies and Other Flowers.  On its reverse side, it shows the New York Insane Asylum.(see in this exhibit). She states that the source of this view is a painting by W.G. Wall, Esq. This view of City Hall is also used by a number of other potters, including Stubbs, Ridgway, and Stevenson. Illustrated on a pitcher in Snyder. This also comes on a smaller 6.5 inch pitcher.
