Description:

The pattern shown here on a dinner plate is version #03 of the Boston State House  pattern by Rogers. In this view there is just one tree and a group of cattle. There are no sheep. The boy pushing a wheelbarrow is present in this version as are the figures in the distance. Two other pattern versions, #1 and #2 are also included in this exhibit.  Ridgway, Stubbs, Stevenson and Wood also produced a Boston State House pattern.
